Bad day at the office for Botafogo's Andre Luiz away at Nautico yesterday afternoon. A couple of rash challenges has the referee reaching for red, and before you can say Edison Arantes do Nascimento, Luiz has thrown a 'double' middle finger salute to the home crowd, inciting them to riot, therefore getting the attention of the local plod, who are only too willing to 'escort' him off the field.

Soccer jersey enthusiasts will no doubt admire the nifty all black Kappa outfit that Botafogo are sporting. We at The Onion Bag Soccer Shop admired the 'Estrela Solitária' (The Lone Star) all the way back in the year 2000 and were inspired enough to incorporate it in our own logo.
