
As a regular visitor to Puebla, it's a required ritual to stop for a shot at La Pasita, a tiny standing room only bar, on the way to a full session at the many bars around the Callejon de los Sapos in Puebla city centre. The drink to get is the 'Pasita' which is a raisin-like liqueur made from the local pasa fruit, served with goat cheese on a cocktail stick. Delicious.
