There are a number of serious errors and legal problems with the "Goodbye Lextra..." information in this blog:

* neither the license nor the patent for Lextra 3-D has expired in 2009, patents remain in effect and you will receive a letter from the licensor HVG informing you about infringement of these patents in Europe and the USA

* Chris Kay was licensed by High Voltage Graphics, not by Lextra (which is a product) or FiberLok (which is the USA licensee)

* FiberLok is spelled wrong

* Lextra license ran until it was terminated by HVG in 2008, not 2009

Please note that any purchse of product infringing the original Lextra patent(s) would be in support of unauthorized, counterfeit Lextra product which is only available from FiberLok in the USA and dekoGraphics GmbH in Germany.
